About our Opportunity:
The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for creating digital content across multiple platforms to enhance the company’s online presence, increase the brand awareness and drive engagement. This role focuses on producing high-quality written, visual, and video content, managing social media accounts, and assisting with the implementation of the marketing plan to meet brand objectives.
Key Responsibility Areas:
- Content Creation: Develop engaging content for social media, blogs, and internal communications.
- Graphic Design: Design graphics and marketing materials for use across digital platforms.
- Social Media Management: Manage ABA Trades Group’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, including creating daily publishing schedules and handling community management.
- Video and Photo Editing: Capture and edit video and photo content to produce quality marketing materials.
- Marketing Plan Implementation: Support the execution of the marketing plan.
- Advertising Budget Assistance: Assist in managing and optimising advertising budgets, focusing on ROI for the campaign.
- Community Management: Engage with the online community, respond to inquiries, and build relationships with followers to boost brand loyalty and increase the awareness.
- Internal E-Marketing: Oversee bulk message management and other e-marketing activities within the company, ensuring timely and effective communication.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Collect and analyse data on marketing campaign performance, providing insights to refine future strategies and reporting findings to management.
- Business Improvement Initiatives: Contribute to marketing-led business improvement initiatives, providing innovative ideas and executing projects that enhance operational efficiency.
To be successful in this role you will have: - 2 years+ of previous experience in a similar role.
- A tertiary qualification in marketing, communications or similar (desirable).
- Creative thinker and proactive in learning and implementing new digital marketing trends.
- Manufacturing / trade industry experience will be viewed favourably.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- High level of technical skills with a proficiency in graphic design software, video editing software, and social media management
- Proficiency using databases.
- Experience in managing websites and managing content to social channels (Facebook, LinkedIn and Instagram).
- Strong time management skills.
