Summary of Position
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Executive to drive revenue growth by effectively showcasing the value of chatbot solutions and converting qualified prospects into long-term clients. While some lead generation activities may be involved, the core responsibility lies in managing and closing opportunities generated through various channels. The Account Executive will be a key contributor to the sales team, working collaboratively to achieve ambitious growth targets.
 
Primary Tasks

• Expertly host and deliver compelling product demonstrations tailored to individual prospect needs and use cases.
• Conduct in-depth discovery calls to thoroughly understand prospect business challenges, goals, and technical requirements.
• Develop and present tailored solutions based on current capabilities, effectively addressing prospect pain points and demonstrating ROI.
• Manage and nurture a pipeline of qualified leads through the sales cycle, from initial demonstration to successful closure.
• Proactively follow up with prospects, addressing questions, handling objections, and providing necessary information to facilitate the decision-making process.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams (e.g., Sales Development, Product, Customer Success) to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities, communications, and deal progress within the CRM system.
• Provide regular and accurate sales forecasts to the sales management team.
• Participate in strategic sales planning and contribute insights based on market feedback and customer interactions.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest AI chatbot technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscape.

• Conduct targeted research to identify and qualify strategic accounts.
• Engage in proactive outbound outreach via LinkedIn and email to supplement inbound leads.
• Contribute to the development of sales collateral and presentations.
• Identify and recommend upsell or cross-sell opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.

• Proven track record of successfully closing software or technology deals, preferably within the SaaS or AI space.
• Significant experience in conducting persuasive and effective product demonstrations to diverse audiences.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and pipeline management.
• Excellent consultative selling skills with the ability to understand business needs and articulate value propositions.
• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills (both written and verbal).
• Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish trust with prospects at all levels.
• Strong understanding of AI chatbot technology, Large Language Models (LLMs), and automation concepts.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive).
• Experience with video conferencing tools (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet).
• Experience selling into one or more of the following industries: Digital Marketing Agencies, Professional Services (accountants, brokers, consultants), Tutoring/Coaching, Financial Services, IT Companies (helpdesk queries), Business Consulting/Advisory, Travel Agencies.
• Ability to understand business operations and identify how technology solutions can drive improvements.

• CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot, Pipedrive – exact system TBC)
• Zoom or similar video conferencing tools
• Proficiency in using presentation software (e.g., PowerPoint, Google Slides)
• Familiarity with sales intelligence tools (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator) is a plus.
• Internal bot-building tools (training provided)
