We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility and local search performance across Google platforms. This role is ideal for someone with a deep understanding of how people search for home care services online.

Responsibilities:

• Perform keyword research focused on search intent related to home care services
• Optimize website pages and blog content for Google Search, emphasizing local SEO
• Manage and enhance Google Business Profile listings for multiple locations
• Monitor and improve map pack rankings, citations, and NAP consistency
• Audit and improve site speed, mobile usability, and technical SEO elements
• Collaborate with the content team to create targeted landing pages and SEO-driven blog topics
• Track keyword rankings, organic traffic, and goal completions via Google Analytics and Search Console
• Stay current with Google algorithm updates and SEO best practices specific to service-based businesses

• 2+ years of experience in SEO with a focus on Google Search and Google Business Profile optimization
• Strong familiarity with local SEO, service-area business strategies, and schema markup
• Proficient with SEO tools (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs, Google Search Console)
• Understanding of WordPress or similar CMS platforms
• Excellent analytical, writing, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently, manage timelines, and deliver measurable results
