About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Finance Officer/Accountant to join our growing team. In this role, you will be a key member of the finance department, responsible for managing a variety of accounting functions to ensure the smooth and accurate financial operation of the company.
 
Core Responsibilities:

• Process invoices, manage vendor relationships, and ensure timely payments.
• Generate invoices, track customer payments, and manage outstanding balances.
• Process employee payroll, ensuring accurate and timely payment, and compliance with tax regulations.
• Prepare and file company tax returns, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial reports.

• Bank reconciliations
• Maintaining accurate financial records
• Assisting with budget preparation and analysis
• Identifying and implementing process improvements within the finance function
• Providing support to the finance team as needed

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Proven experience (3+ years) in a similar accounting role.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices.
• Proficiency in Xero, Ignition, and Stripe software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
