Summary of Position
We’re seeking a highly motivated Creator Manager to join our Team!
You will be responsible for scouting and recruiting talent, managing backend
TikTok agency accounts, supporting creators with their needs, and coordinating
content calendars.
 
You will also assist with affiliate marketing and creator based marketing campaigns.
This role requires a deep understanding of the TikTok platform, strong 
communication skills and a passion for nurturing creative talent! 
 
Primary Tasks

1. Talent Scouting & Recruitment:

• Identify and recruit emerging creators who align with AGOI’s brand and values (using LIVE BACKSTAGE and TK referral programs).
• Conduct initial outreach and negotiations with creators!

1. TikTok Agency Account Management:

• Manage creator accounts through TikTok’s agency tools, including analytics and performance tracking.
• Monitor and optimize livestream performance, ensuring creators meet their goals!
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for creators during livestreams!

1. Creator Support: 

• Act as the primary point of contact for creators, addressing their requests and
• providing timely solutions!
• Collaborate with creators to map out content calendars and ensure consistent
• live schedules!
• Plan and coordinate promotional campaigns for livestreams!
• Track and report on content performance, providing actionable insights!

1. Affiliate Marketing and Campaign Management:

• Assist creators in developing and optimizing affiliate marketing strategies to maximize revenue.
• Coordinate and manage creator campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.

• 2+ years of experience in talent management, social media management, or a related field!
• Proven track record of working with creators or influencers!
• Familiarity with TikTok’s ecosystem, including livestreaming and content creation!
• Strong understanding of social media metrics and analytics!
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment!

• Language: Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with creators!
• Administrative Skills: Strong organizational and time-management skills, with experience in administrative or executive assistant roles!
• Agency Experience: Prior experience working in a creative agency or similar environment is a plus!
• TikTok Proficiency: In-depth knowledge of the TikTok platform, including LIVE backstage tools, analytics, and trends!
• Problem-Solving: Ability to think on your feet and provide creative solutions to challenges!
