About the role
We're seeking a talented Mortgage/Para-Broker to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys the challenge of complex financial transactions. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, gathering necessary documentation and keeping them informed throughout the loan process.
• Efficiently process loan applications, including verification of documents, credit file checks, valuations, and capacity assessments.
• Collaborate with various lenders to secure optimal loan terms and ensure timely approvals.
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM system and other relevant databases.
• Adhere to strict regulatory requirements and industry best practices.

• 3-5 years of experience in Australian loan processing
• Degree in Accounting, Business, or a related field
• Proficiency in ApplyOnline and other mortgage CRMs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• High attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
