About the Role
Seeking a highly motivated and versatile individual to join our team as an SEO Specialist & Marketing Generalist. A dual-focused role that will be pivotal in establishing and growing our online presence in existing and new platforms. 
Our ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in search engine optimisation (SEO) while also being capable of managing general marketing tasks, including some content creation, social media management, and website updates. As part of a dynamic team, you will help us achieve our goals of continuously improving our organic search rankings, leads and conversions while contributing creatively to our broader marketing initiatives.
 
Primary Tasks

• Conduct comprehensive keyword research to identify high impact opportunities to implement
• Perform technical SEO tasks, including site structure optimisation, metadata enhancement, and site speed improvements
• Execute on-page and off-page optimisation strategies
• Develop and implement effective link-building campaigns
• Conduct thorough SEO audits and generate actionable insights
• Optimise URLs, ensuring a clear and consistent structure for improved search visibility
• Contribute to SEO optimised content creation in a range of formats - written, image video (multimedia)
• Monitor and analyse website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and Semrush
• Stay updated on the latest SEO trends and algorithm updates to adapt strategies as needed
• Understand how to optimise existing written and other forms of content

• Proven experience in SEO, including keyword research, technical SEO, and link building of a high Domain Rating 20, 35, 50+
• Strong knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Semrush, Google Analytics, Google Search Console)
• Experience in content management systems, preferably HubSpot
• Demonstrated experience with social media management and content scheduling tools
• Proficient in using graphic design tools, such as Canva
• A level of SEO and marketing qualification

• Experience in building SEO strategies for new domains or businesses
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics to assist with technical SEO tasks

• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and implement actions from said data
• Strong communicator
• Ability to think creatively
• Highly level of organisation with strong attention to detail
• Results driven with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
• Adaptable and proactive, with a passion for learning and staying ahead of marketing trends

• HubSpot CRM and CMS
• GSC, GA4 (Understanding of Google Ads also beneficial)
• SEMrush and other relevant SEO tools
• Canva or other relevant design tools
• Linkedin, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (Content Management)

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or something similar
• Certifications in SEO, Google Analytics, CRM certifications
