About the Role
A Full Stack Developer with a strong background in AI to lead the development and enhancement of our Mobility as a Service (MaaS) and Transportation as a Service (TaaS) platforms. This role involves overseeing app development, integrating AI-driven solutions, and ensuring seamless functionality across web and mobile platforms.
 
Key Responsibilities
App Development and Management

• Oversee the development and enhancement of the app, focusing on UI/UX improvements.
• Integrate AI agents and automation tools for customer support, live bus tracking, and booking management.
• Maintain and optimize app functionality across platforms (web, iOS, Android).

• Implement AI-based solutions to optimize business processes, including customer interactions, itinerary planning, and data analysis.
• Deploy AI/ML solutions in production environments and leverage automation tools like Make.com and Zapier.

• Additional responsibilities as required by the evolving project needs.

• Expertise in full stack development (React, Swift, Python, Node.js).
• Experience with AI and machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs).
• Proficiency in backend systems and API integrations (Rezdy, payment gateways).
• Proven experience in deploying AI/ML solutions.
• Familiarity with AI agent frameworks and automation tools.
• Experience in digital strategy development.
• Knowledge of analytics platforms (Segment, Hyros) and AI-driven marketing automation.
• Experience leading app development projects from concept to deployment.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana).
• Strong communication skills to coordinate between technical and business teams.
• Ability to admit and learn from unknown challenges.

• Detail-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Familiarity with TypeScript, React, Tailwind CSS, Vite, and React Query for app development.
• Experience with shadcn/ui components.
