About the Role
Inbound/Outbound Sales Representative to specialize in removalist services, including packing and storage. This role is pivotal in generating and converting organic leads into loyal customers, focusing on both local and interstate markets. You will utilize high-converting sales strategies and upsell services to maximize revenue.
  
Work Schedule: (5 AM - 2 PM Manila Time)
Performance-Based Commission: Competitive commission structure based on sales performance
 
Key Responsibilities

• Proactively generate and nurture organic leads across various channels, with a focus on local and interstate markets.
• Handle outbound sales calls and respond to inbound inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Schedule and manage consultations to understand client needs and offer tailored service solutions.
• Maintain deep knowledge of our services to effectively communicate benefits and unique selling points.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets, ensuring high conversion rates.
• Work closely with team members to refine sales techniques, share insights, and boost overall performance.

• At least 5 years of experience in service sales, with a proven track record of lead generation and successful sales closures.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong client relationships.
• Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a team.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, capable of managing multiple leads and sales activities.
• Experience using CRM software and other sales tools for lead tracking and management.
