About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced HR Compensation & Benefits Officer to join our team. You will play a crucial role in managing and administering our employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws and fostering a positive employee experience. This role requires expertise in using Sprout HR and a strong understanding of Philippine compensation and benefits regulations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee compensation and benefits programs, including but not limited to payroll, health insurance, leave administration, and other statutory benefits.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Manage employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits, providing timely and accurate responses.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records in Sprout HR.
• Process payroll accurately and on time, including deductions for taxes and other benefits.
• Conduct regular audits of compensation and benefits data to ensure accuracy and compliance.
• Develop and implement compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Stay up-to-date on changes in Philippine labor laws and best practices in compensation and benefits administration.
• Collaborate with other HR team members on various HR initiatives.
• Prepare reports and analyze data related to compensation and benefits.

• Proven experience as an HR Compensation & Benefits Officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in using Sprout HR is essential.
• Strong understanding of Philippine labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits.
• Experience in managing employee inquiries related to compensation and benefits.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.    
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
