About the Role
As a Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing visually engaging and effective designs across various platforms. You will collaborate with marketing, product, and other teams to bring ideas to life and create compelling visual experiences that resonate with our target audience.  
  
Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts and designs for a variety of projects, including but not limited to:
  • Marketing materials (brochures, flyers, social media graphics, website banners)
  • Branding and logo design
  • Website and app design (UI/UX)
  • Print and digital advertising
  • Presentations and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Present design concepts and revisions to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Maintain brand consistency across all design materials.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Prepare files for print and digital production.

• Proven experience as a Graphic Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design styles and projects.
• Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of design principles (typography, color theory, layout, composition).     
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.     
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or a related field (preferred but not always required with sufficient experience).     

• Experience with motion graphics or video editing.
• Web design and development skills (HTML, CSS).
• Experience with user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) design.
• Knowledge of print production processes.
