About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and motivated Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time or full-time remote position that offers a flexible work schedule and the opportunity to work with a dynamic team.

As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will play a crucial role in driving our online marketing efforts. Your responsibilities will include:

• Social Media Marketing:
  • Developing and implementing effective social media strategies across various platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter)
  • Creating engaging content, including text, images, and videos
  • Monitoring social media channels and responding to comments and messages
  • Tracking social media performance and analyzing key metrics
• Digital Marketing:
  • Executing digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content marketing, and paid advertising
  • Managing and optimizing our website and online presence
  • Conducting market research and identifying target audiences
  • Collaborating with designers and developers to create visually appealing and user-friendly marketing materials
• Web Analytics:
  • Tracking website traffic and user behavior using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics)
  • Identifying opportunities for improvement and optimizing website performance
  • Generating reports on website performance and digital marketing campaign results

• Proven experience in social media marketing and online marketing
• Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze data and draw insights
• Proficiency in using marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva, Google Ads)
• A keen eye for detail and a passion for digital marketing
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
