About the role
We are seeking a talented Short-Term Rental Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys creating seamless experiences for guests. Full time and part time roles available. 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Be the primary point of contact for guests, responding promptly to inquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms. Address any concerns or issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Proactively monitor and manage guest reviews on short-term rental platforms. Respond to feedback in a professional and constructive manner to maintain a high rating for our properties.
• Coordinate with cleaners, maintenance staff, and contractors to ensure all properties are kept in pristine condition. Conduct pre- and post-stay inspections, reviewing photos from cleaners to confirm cleanliness standards.
• Oversee smooth check-in and check-out processes, handling them virtually or in person as needed. Verify that all guests have been vetted through our rigorous process.
• Monitor video surveillance (for security purposes) and noise monitors regularly. Ensure guests adhere to property rules and address any disturbances promptly.
• Manage reservation systems, process payments, and generate daily reports on guest vetting and outstanding bookings.
• Collaborate on marketing initiatives to optimize listing descriptions and attract potential guests.
• Be available to handle urgent guest or property-related emergencies promptly.
• Complete various administrative tasks as needed.

• 2-5 years of experience in short-term rental or hospitality management.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple properties and tasks efficiently.
• Proficiency in property management software (e.g., Airbnb, VRBO, Booking.com) and a willingness to learn new technologies (e.g., Breezeway, Uplisting tools).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think quickly and resolve guest or property issues effectively.
• Flexibility to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
