ABOUT THE ROLE
As our Payroll Specialist, you won't just be "crunching numbers." You will be the guardian of employee trust, ensuring that every teammate is paid accurately and on time. Working at the intersection of HR and Finance, you will play a critical role in our BPO operations by managing complex timekeeping, statutory compliance, and reporting.
 
WHAT YOU WILL DO

• Audit and validate timesheets, attendance, and night differentials for 200+ employees.
• Own the semi-monthly payroll cycle using Sprout Solutions, ensuring 100% accuracy in net pay.
• Handle all government remittances (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG) and tax filings (BIR) with zero late penalties.
• Partner with HR for seamless onboarding/offboarding and provide the Accountant with clean, ready-to-process payroll files.
• Resolve payroll-related inquiries with the speed and empathy expected in a top-tier BPO environment.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• 3 to 4 years of solid experience in Payroll Administration.
• Must be highly proficient in Sprout Payroll. Advanced Google sheet and Excel skills are non-negotiable.
• Previous experience in a BPO/Outsourcing setting is highly preferred (you understand the nuances of 24/7 shifts and night premiums).
• Deep familiarity with the Philippine Labor Code, TRAIN Law, and statutory requirements.
• A "hawk-eye" for detail, high integrity for handling sensitive data, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
