The Audit Officer is responsible for reviewing and validating weekly franchise store audit reports of various locations. This role ensures all operational, brand, and compliance standards are consistently met across franchise stores. The Audit Officer will evaluate each audit item, tag issues or non-compliance, monitor recurring concerns, and provide clear reporting to the Franchising Manager.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Review weekly franchise owners' audit reports for accuracy and completeness.
• Mark each audit checklist item as Done, Pending, Non-Compliant, or For Follow-up.
• Tag and categorize issues (operations, cleanliness, inventory, staffing, service, brand standards, equipment).
• Identify trends, repeat violations, and high-risk store performance concerns.
• Prepare weekly summary reports for the Franchising Manager, highlighting:
• Stores with compliance issues 
• Recurring operational gaps
• Franchisees needing intervention or support
• Ensure audit documentation is organized, up-to-date, and filed properly.
• Communicate with franchise owners (as required) for clarifications.
• Work closely with the Franchising Manager to recommend actions for improvement.
• Support the implementation and monitoring of Baskin Robbins operational standards.
• Maintain confidentiality, impartiality, and integrity at all times.

Qualifications:

• Experience in retail, food service, or franchise operations (preferred).
• Background in auditing, compliance, or quality control is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to identify inconsistencies.
• Excellent organizational and documentation skills.
• Good communication skills for reporting and coordination.
• Ability to work independently and manage weekly deadlines.
