Role Overview
The HR Engagement Specialist is responsible for supporting the design, development, and execution of programs that enhance employee engagement, morale, and overall workplace culture. This role is crucial in ensuring that employees feel valued, connected, and motivated to achieve their best work.

Primary Tasks
Engagement Program Support

• Assist in planning, organizing, and executing company-wide employee engagement activities, events, and recognition programs (e.g., team-building, holiday parties, wellness initiatives).
• Coordinate the company's employee survey process, including logistical setup, communication, and basic data compilation.
• Help maintain and promote the company's internal communication channels to ensure employees are informed and connected.
• Acts as a point of contact for any employment related concerns

Culture & Onboarding Integration

• Support the new hire orientation and onboarding program by ensuring a smooth, welcoming, and culturally relevant experience for all new team members.
• Act as an ambassador for the company culture, consistently promoting core values and positive workplace behaviors.
• Gather employee feedback through informal channels (e.g., focus groups, casual check-ins) to identify areas for improvement in the employee journey.

Employee Recognition & Well-being

• Administer and track the company's employee recognition and rewards programs, ensuring timely and meaningful acknowledgment of contributions.
• Assist in developing and rolling out well-being programs (e.g., mental health awareness, fitness challenges) to support a healthy work-life balance.

Administrative & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records and documentation related to engagement activities, expenses, and program participation.
• Prepare basic reports and presentations on engagement metrics (e.g., event attendance, survey participation rates) for management review.
• Assist in the day to day HR operations including but not limited to COE preparation, timekeeping & payroll preparation, HRIS, administration of mandatory government benefits, etc. 

Required Experience

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
• Development and dissemination of creative and engaging company-wide messages, announcements, and internal content across various channels.
• Proven ability to work in a remote (offshore) capacity.
• A track record of providing excellent employee service.
• Experience with fast and accurate data entry.
• Experience in managing and responding to employee inquiries through various channels.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and/or internal communication tools is a plus.

Required Education

• Bachelors degree 
• Human Resources Management, Psychology, Communication, Business Administration, or a related field.
