Position: Restoration Technician (Junior, intermediate and Senior)
Location: Brisbane
Responsibilities: As a Restoration Technician, you will play a crucial role within the Brisbane team, reporting directly to the State Manager. Your daily responsibilities will include:

• Liaising closely with clients to ensure exceptional service delivery.
• Responding promptly to water and mould damage emergencies in both commercial and residential settings.
• Utilising specialised restoration equipment to mitigate damages effectively.
• Adhering to strict WHS standards relevant to our industry.
• Availability for after-hours and weekend emergency response.

Ideal Candidate:

We are seeking individuals who ideally possess:

• Experience in restoration or commercial cleaning.
• Certification in IICRC/RIA restoration disciplines (essential).
• Proficiency in computer software applications for efficient reporting and documentation.
• A valid Australian manual driver's license.
• A proactive, hands-on approach to emergencies.
• Strong teamwork ethic with a "can-do" attitude.
