About the Role:
We are currently on the hunt for an experienced and talented Chef to join the team in our new Craigieburn location for the opening of our Dinner. The Chef is part of the foundation of the café and is responsible for honoring each and every customer's requests.

You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining the highest level of standards for all products prepared by yourself 
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times
• Produce superior product displays
• Meeting all KPI's
• COG's, stock take and wages 
• Training and developing your team 

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a chef in the ala-carte breakfast and lunch service.
• Experience with managing a large team 
• End to end management of a kitchen 
• Relevant qualifications
• Passionate about providing a truly memorable customer service experience every time.
• Great personality and personal presentation
• Excellent time management and prioritisation skill
• Able to obtain a current police check
