Looking for experienced professional to set up & run the new division.
ROLE
Working with senior leadership team to establish a division that delivers in the Government/ Public sector space.
Use existing/ current network to support the business in gaining tender opportunities.
Drive the pricing, procurement, & delivery of projects up to $10M.
Build a team around you to continue to grow this capability within the business.
YOU
10+ years construction professional with long tenure delivering in the Government/ Public sector.
Capable to oversee estimating, contracts administration & project management.
Either an SPM or CM with obvious team leadership traits.
Experience with fit out, refurbishment, remedial, & rectification works essential.
