YOU
Competent CA strong with scopes, procurement, cost reports & sub-contract negotiations.
Motivated, proactive, professional & support team from site or office.
Strong attention to detail, technical construction, contractual & financial skills.
Capable to drive small <$30M project independently or $50M+ as part of a team.
