Proven track record delivering large-scale residential projects and works collaboratively across internal teams including development, construction, finance, project sales and marketing to ensure successful project delivery.
Seeking an experienced Development Manager due to continued growth and a strong development pipeline.
Require an experienced development professional to manage projects across the full development lifecycle, including due diligence, acquisitions, planning approvals, design management, construction coordination, and project completion.
YOU
+7 years of experience as a Development Manager with a proven track record in delivering Class 2 projects from inception to completion.
Experience in delivering high end luxury apartment project.
Proven end-to-end delivery experience across Class 2 residential or mixed-use developments with project values $100m+.
Tertiary qualification in property development, property economics, construction management, architecture, engineering or similar discipline.
Strong knowledge of the NSW planning framework, including experience obtaining Development Applications and planning approvals.
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously across different stages.
Strong understanding of construction methodology, sequencing and detailing.
Experience in design management working with architects, engineers and consultants.
Strong commercial and financial acumen including feasibility analysis and project reporting.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
