Minimum 2 years experience in residential contracts administration for a developer/ builder or main contractor.
Can plan, procure and deliver on construction and financial milestones.
Strong attention to detail, commercially focused and motivated.
Proactive and professional with a sense of urgency.
Excellent communication & negotiation with key stakeholders.
Works well in a close-knit team and thrives on supporting the project come to life.
