PROJECT
$2.5M remedial project in the Lake Macquarie region.
This is a Class 2 project and will involve replacement/rectification of waterproofing, windows and cladding etc.
It is technically a government project as it is being built under Project Remediate.
My client has done 15+ projects under Project Remediate and have a great relationship with the Building Commission.
Mon-Fri job, no Saturdays & starts in March.
YOU
Experienced Site Manager with strong documentation/admin skills OR a Project Manager who is happy to be a site based delivery PM with no SM under them.
Experience in the residential Class 2 space and track record doing finishes or remedial.repair work across multiple apartments.
Happy someone in the realms of $130k - $150k + Super.
Able to commit to a 6mth contract with the view it might extend to a couple of months after that.
Accept there is no guarantee for ongoing work in that area thereafter; hence the need for someone on a project specific contract.
