ROLE
Work closely with engineers, site teams, and leadership on live projects, influencing safety outcomes and raising the standards.
Monitor safety compliance across multiple sites, providing support to site teams with advice, documentation and areas for improvement.
Strong systems, procedures, and governance frameworks already in place, allowing a safety professional to build, refine, and elevate standards to gold standard.
Exposure to major infrastructure and technically complex projects that deepen practical WHS capability and decision-making under real operational pressure.
YOU
Proven WHS experience within civil construction environments and strong working knowledge of Australian WHS legislation, Codes of Practice, Australian Standards, and high-risk work controls.
Hands-on capability embedding WHSEQ management systems on live projects, including SWMS, risk assessments, incident reporting, audits, and contractor compliance.
Strong site presence and credibility, able to work alongside project managers, supervisors, plant teams, and subcontractors to influence safety outcomes in real time.
Confidence using systems and platforms such as Assignar and IMS frameworks, with solid documentation, reporting, and Microsoft Office skills.
A practical, proactive and professional approach to represent the business with authority on site and with clients.
A professional that is a team player who uses positive persuasive communication to drive performance and improvement.
