ROLE
The Project Supervisor role is a brand new role for the Melbourne office and supports both the Melbourne team as well as head office in Queensland.
The Project Supervisor supports the successful delivery of architectural façade systems—louvres, operable glass roof systems, smoke & natural ventilation (SHEV), and integrated controls within commercial high-rise environments. Acting as a junior project leader, the role provides operational support across pricing, planning, design coordination, procurement, scheduling, and on-site installation.
The Project Supervisor plays a key liaison role between the office and construction site teams, ensuring that project quality, safety, and program expectations are met.
The Project Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager based in the Queensland head office and works as support in a mentorship relationship with the Victoria Project Manager. Additionally, the Project Supervisor will work closely with the design, procurement, installation, and site teams. The role provides a pathway to Project Management and is designed to give well-rounded exposure to both administrative and field-based project delivery components.
