The Directors of our client have nearly 30 years of experience working with technology in theeducation sector. They have strong partnerships within the Education sector, specifically with Apple.
Role Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Strategic Account Executive to spearhead growth by managing and expanding relationships with valued education sector partners. In this critical role, you will deliver comprehensive IT solutions—including procurement, deployment, and implementation—that meet the unique needs of educational institutions.
The ideal candidate is a humble, hungry, and smart professional with a proven track record in enterprise software/SaaS sales, particularly within the education sector. You will leverage your strong solution sales skills to build and maintain relationships with senior stakeholders, driving both client success and your own career advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
● Manage and Expand Accounts: Oversee and grow a portfolio of key education
sector accounts, developing and executing strategic account plans to achieve
revenue targets.
● Foster Senior Stakeholder Relationships: Build and nurture long-term partnerships with senior stakeholders, ensuring alignment with their strategic goals.
● Own the Sale: Lead initial partnership discussions and positioning meetings,
negotiating contract renewals, expansions, and upsells to maximise client value.
● Achieve Sales Quotas: Consistently meet and exceed sales quotas, directly
contributing to the overall growth and success of our organisation.
● Tailor Solutions: Collaborate with the technical team to customise solutions that
meet partner requirements, responding to incoming inquiries with agility.
● Monitor Customer Health: Track customer health metrics and usage data to identify
at-risk accounts, proactively implementing measures to prevent churn.
● Win New Business: Identify and qualify new prospects, building a robust sales
funnel to drive business growth.
● Voice of the Customer: Act as the advocate for our clients within the company, providing valuable feedback to enhance our offerings.
Qualifications:
● Proven sales and account management skills with a focus on customer relationship management.
● Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse audiences.
