As a Respiratory Therapist, you will assess, plan, and implement treatment programs tailored to support patients’ physical recovery and wellness goals. Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will use evidence-based practices to help patients improve their mobility, manage pain, and regain functional independence. Your role will involve educating patients and their families about exercises and lifestyle changes that promote long-term health and prevent future injuries.

As a Respiratory Therapist, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care by assessing, treating, and managing respiratory disorders. You will collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement effective treatment plans, advocate for patient needs, and promote optimal respiratory health outcomes.

Responsibilities:

• Provide respiratory therapy treatments and assessments.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
• Monitor and document patient progress and response to treatments.
• Educate patients and families on respiratory care and management.

Requirements:

• Valid Respiratory Therapist license.
• Must have successful completion of an accredited program of Respiratory Therapy.
• Current certification in BLS, ACLS, NRP and PALS.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in respiratory therapy.
• Experience in an acute care setting.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Compensation & Benefits: 

Pay Rate: $90 - $95/hr
Per Diem: $75 per working day
  
Travel and Accommodation covered
$500 Referral fee; T&C applies
$250 for 3 months completion bonus
$500 for 6 months completion bonus
