Interior Architect – Technical Delivery (Luxury Retail & Hospitality)
London | Salary negotiable, DOE | Full-time, Permanent

We’re partnering with a renowned interior architecture studio that specialises in exceptional luxury retail, hospitality, and hotel environments. Known for their beautifully crafted, design-led spaces, the studio is now seeking a technically focused Interior Architect to join their London team.
 
This role is delivery-biased — ideal for someone who thrives in the later stages of a project and has a keen eye for detail, buildability, and problem-solving on site. You'll be joining a collaborative and passionate team working on standout spaces across high-profile locations including Knightsbridge, Mayfair, and Central London.
 
The Role:

• Lead or support on technical drawing packages, including tender and construction detailing
• Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and site teams throughout RIBA Stages 4–6
• Carry out site surveys and attend regular site meetings to ensure design intent is maintained during construction
• Work closely with design leads to translate concept designs into clear, buildable solutions
• Manage compliance with building regs, heritage constraints, and material specifications
• Resolve on-site issues swiftly and with a design-sensitive mindset 

What We’re Looking For:

• Interior Architect or Technical Designer with a strong delivery portfolio
• Solid experience in luxury retail, hospitality or hotel interiors
• Confidence working on listed/heritage buildings and adapting designs to complex existing conditions
• Expert-level proficiency in AutoCAD (essential)
• Strong technical detailing and construction knowledge
• Ability to take ownership of documentation, from drawing packs to snagging
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset and excellent communication skills

Bonus Points:

• Experience working on projects in areas like Knightsbridge, Mayfair, Chelsea, or Westminster
• Prior involvement with full site delivery of retail or hospitality projects
• Familiarity with UK building regulations, listed building consent, and working with local authorities
