Senior Project Manager – Creative Studio
Location: London
Working type: Hybrid, 3 days a week in the studio
Salary: £45,000 – £55,000 (dependent on experience)
 
We’re partnering with a creative studio that’s big on ideas and even bigger on delivery—working with global brands to bring experiences, campaigns and environments to life. They’re now looking for a Senior Project Manager to help lead the charge across a wide range of retail, experiential and brand activations.
 
The Role:
You’ll take the reins on high-value, high-impact projects—managing teams, budgets, timelines, and client relationships with confidence. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced studio, loves mentoring others, and isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves to get stuck in.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Lead 5–10 projects at once, across all stages from concept to installation
• Be the main point of contact for key clients—building trust and spotting new opportunities
• Oversee budgets up to £500k, manage forecasts, and keep a sharp eye on margins
• Mentor and guide junior team members, helping shape their career paths
• Support new business pitches and contribute to the strategic growth of accounts
• Ensure the smooth running of internal processes and project workflows
• Be on-site for installs and live events when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 4–5+ years’ experience in project or account management, ideally in a creative, production or brand environment
• Strong grasp of creative production processes and technical drawings
• Excellent client-handling and supplier negotiation skills
• Proven experience managing teams and developing junior talent
• Proactive, commercially savvy, and calm under pressure
• Passionate, organised, and genuinely excited by great creative work
