Project Manager – Creative Studio
Location: London
Working type: Hybrid, 3 days in studio
Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
 
We’re working with a top-tier creative studio known for delivering innovative experiential campaigns and standout retail activations for global brands. As their portfolio continues to grow, they’re looking for a driven Project Manager to join their team.
 
The Role:
You’ll be the go-to for managing multiple design and production projects—from concept to installation. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be juggling timelines, managing budgets, coordinating suppliers, and keeping clients informed every step of the way.
 
What You’ll Do:

• Manage 5–10 projects simultaneously at different stages
• Own the process from brief to delivery, on time and on budget
• Lead internal and external teams, suppliers, and contractors
• Oversee on-site installations and de-rigs
• Track and report on project finances including estimates, reconciliations, and invoicing
• Build lasting client relationships and help identify new project opportunities

 
What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of experience in a similar PM/AM role, ideally working on budgets of £100k+
• Solid knowledge of creative production processes and materials
• Strong communicator with brilliant organisation and multitasking skills
• Experience managing teams, client relationships, and complex project timelines
• Calm under pressure with a solutions-focused mindset
