Studio Manager – Creative Agency
Location:  Shoreditch
Work type: Hybrid | 3 days in-studio (Tues–Thurs)
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: Dependent on experience
 
We’re working with a busy, fast-paced creative studio known for producing standout retail and brand experiences. They’re on the lookout for a sharp, organised, and proactive Studio Manager to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
 
The Role
You’ll be the go-to for resourcing, workflow, and operations—balancing internal talent, managing freelancers, and making sure projects are delivered on time and to the highest standard. This role is all about optimising the creative team’s output while keeping the culture calm, collaborative, and on point.
 
What You’ll Be Doing

• Managing day-to-day resourcing and studio schedules
• Allocating workloads using tools like Float
• Booking, onboarding, and managing freelancers
• Monitoring timelines, capacity, and budget usage
• Collaborating closely with project managers and creative leads
• Championing operational improvements and workflow clarity
• Supporting the studio environment and culture

• 3+ years in a studio/resource/traffic management role
• Experience with internal and freelance teams in a creative setting
• Calm under pressure, brilliantly organised, and clear communicator
• Comfortable with platforms like Float, Trello, Monday.com etc.
• Naturally collaborative, positive, and solutions-focused

• Knowledge of creative production workflows
• Budget oversight experience for freelance spend
