Administrator – Creative Consultancy
Location: Shoreditch, London (Hybrid Working)
Salary: £30,000 per annum (flexible depending on experience)
 
A forward-thinking creative consultancy is on the lookout for an enthusiastic Administrator to support their project and office teams. This is a hybrid role that blends finance admin with studio coordination—perfect for someone who’s super organised, proactive, and enjoys being at the heart of a buzzing, creative environment.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:
Project Finance Admin (Approx. 70%)

• Creating purchase orders for client Capex projects
• Producing and updating cashflow and financial tracking documents
• Managing invoice submissions and tracking approvals
• Acting as a liaison with suppliers on invoice queries
• Keeping internal trackers and systems up to date

 
Office & Team Support (Approx. 30%)

• Ordering and maintaining office supplies
• Meeting and greeting clients, prepping meeting rooms, handling refreshments
• Supporting compliance admin (e.g. fire safety, waste management, equipment testing)
• Assisting with internal HR tasks (welcome boxes, facilities issues, etc.)
• General support to the EA, CEO, and Head of People

 
What They’re Looking For:

• At least 1 year’s experience in an admin role (finance admin experience a big plus)
• Someone self-starting, organised, and comfortable juggling tasks
• Strong communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Excellent attention to detail and a proactive mindset
• Confident using Microsoft Office and internal systems
