Midweight Interior Designer (F&B)
Location: Birmingham – 3 days studio / 2 days WFH
Salary: Up to £42,000 per annum, DOE
Software: AutoCAD
 
We’re on the lookout for a confident and conceptually strong Midweight Interior Designer to join a well-established F&B-focused design studio in Birmingham. This role is perfect for someone ready to take more ownership of projects while still learning from an experienced senior team. You’ll be involved across concept development, design detailing, and project delivery – with plenty of space to grow.
 
What You’ll Be Doing:

• Developing and presenting creative concepts for new and existing hospitality clients
• Collaborating with the senior design team and wider creatives on live projects
• Producing design documentation, mood boards, and pitch decks
• Taking ownership of smaller projects or supporting seniors on larger rollouts
• Presenting confidently to internal stakeholders and clients
• Maintaining consistency across design intent, detail, and delivery

 
What We’re Looking For:

• 3–5 years’ experience in interior design, ideally with F&B/hospitality exposure
• Confident using AutoCAD, plus Adobe Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
• A strong portfolio showcasing conceptual thinking and project execution
• Degree-qualified in Interior Design or similar
• Proactive, organised, and eager to push your creative skills
