Senior Graphic Designer – Environmental & Experiential Design
Location: East London (Studio-based, Hybrid Considered)
Salary: £​50,000 – £​60,000 per annum
Eligibility: Must be UK-based with full Right to Work

We’re working with a leading East London creative studio to recruit a Senior Graphic Designer with a focus on environmental design for retail and hospitality spaces. This role blends strategic thinking, spatial awareness, and high-impact graphic design across experiential brand environments.

The studio is open to either an experienced Senior Designer or a confident Midweight ready to step up into a senior role.

The Role
As a key member of the team, you’ll play a hands-on role in concepting and delivering environmental and experiential design projects that bring brands to life in physical spaces.
Your day-to-day will involve:

• Creating and evolving visual identities and working within brand guidelines
• Designing environmental graphics and large-format visuals for retail/hospitality spaces
• Developing marketing and comms collateral across digital and physical touchpoints
• Supporting the creation of digital assets for campaign rollouts
• Understanding and mapping consumer journeys to inform design strategy
• Collaborating closely with 3D designers, strategists, and project managers

What We’re Looking For

• Previous experience at a respected design studio, agency, or branding firm
• A portfolio showcasing strong work in retail and/or hospitality environments
• A degree in a design-related field (Graphic Design, Visual Communication, etc.)
• Strong Adobe Creative Suite skills (especially InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
• Confident presentation skills and the ability to clearly explain your design thinking
• A collaborative mindset and ability to manage your own projects and deadlines

Bonus points for:

• Exposure to motion graphics or digital content
• Experience with large-scale print production
• An understanding of spatial or wayfinding design

This is a studio-based role, with some flexibility for hybrid working.
Fully remote applicants unfortunately cannot be considered.
