Overview:
An award-winning interior design and brand experience agency in the heart of Shoreditch is seeking a Senior Interior Designer with specialist expertise in retail environments. Known for creating immersive, visually striking spaces across the retail and hospitality sectors, this studio champions both boundary-pushing creativity and time-tested design principles.
 
The ideal candidate is a confident designer with a solid foundation in Vectorworks and Cinema 4D, and a sharp eye for how physical environments impact customer experience.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead Design Projects – Drive concept development and detailed design for high-profile retail and hospitality clients, from initial ideation through to delivery.
• From Sketch to Reality – Translate concepts into technical drawings and compelling 3D visualisations that inspire clients and bring ideas to life.
• Software Expertise – Confidently navigate Vectorworks and Cinema 4D to produce top-tier plans and visuals.
• Client Collaboration – Work directly with clients to interpret their vision and exceed expectations, while maintaining the agency’s signature design integrity.
• Studio Culture – Collaborate closely with a talented, multi-disciplinary team in a creative, fast-paced studio environment.
• Project Oversight – Ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and on budget—while maintaining the highest standards of design craft.

• Extensive experience in retail interior design, ideally with exposure to hospitality environments too.
• Advanced proficiency in Vectorworks and Cinema 4D is non-negotiable.
• A portfolio that showcases creative flair, technical precision, and a deep understanding of spatial storytelling.
• A genuine appreciation for traditional design methods, even in a fast-moving digital world.
• Strong communication skills and a naturally collaborative approach.
