Design Project Manager
Location: Soho, London
Salary: Up to £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
Working Type: Studio-based (with some flexibility, including site visits)
 
A fantastic opportunity has opened up for a Design Manager to join a dynamic and growing design studio in Soho, specialising in F&B and retail projects. This role is ideal for someone with a background in design who thrives on managing projects from concept to completion, ensuring high standards and seamless execution.
 
The Role:

• Oversee the full project lifecycle, from concept through to completion, ensuring smooth delivery.
• Manage project budgets, administration, and cost approvals.
• Coordinate and oversee external consultants, including design and architecture teams, ensuring timely and budget-conscious execution.
• Take ownership of project schedules, programming, and delivery timelines.
• Maintain clear and regular communication with clients, providing weekly updates and briefs.

What We're Looking For:

• A proactive, organised, and detail-oriented professional with a strong problem-solving mindset.
• A background in design, with hands-on experience in project management within F&B, hospitality, or retail interiors.
• Proven experience delivering high-quality interior fit-outs across the UK.
• Strong understanding of construction safety requirements and H&S legislation.
• Ability to build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and internal teams.

Must be UK-based.
