Senior Design Director

Salary: Up to £90k per annum, dependent on experience
 
A Central London design studio is seeking a Senior Design Director to spearhead innovative, brand-led experiences across F&B, hospitality, and retail sectors. This is a key leadership role for a highly creative and strategic thinker with expertise in 3D brand experience, experiential design, and the integration of technology into spatial environments.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor a dynamic creative team, ensuring exceptional design execution across all projects.
• Drive the conceptual and strategic development of immersive brand experiences in F&B, hospitality, and retail spaces.
• Collaborate closely with clients, strategists, and wider teams to push the boundaries of storytelling and engagement.
• Stay at the forefront of design innovation and emerging technologies, integrating them seamlessly into experiential concepts.
• Oversee project delivery from concept to completion, ensuring high-quality execution, on time and within budget.

 
What You’ll Need:

• Proven experience as a Senior Design Director or similar leadership role within a top-tier design agency or studio.
• A portfolio showcasing outstanding 3D brand experience and experiential design work, specifically in F&B, hospitality, and retail.
• A visionary mindset, understanding how brands and technology intersect to create immersive environments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire, guide, and elevate creative talent.
• Excellent client-facing and communication abilities, with a knack for bringing bold ideas to life.
