Architect (Part 1)
Location: Sevenoaks
Software: AutoCAD needed, Revit knowledge is helpful.
Salary: up to £30,000 per annum, dependent on experience
Projects: Residential
 
Role Overview:
Our client—a respected, small, local architecture practice specialising in residential projects, such as extensions—is on the lookout for an Architect (Part 1). 
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Design & Draft: Develop accurate technical drawings and design documentation primarily using AutoCAD, ensuring every detail is meticulously rendered.
• Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all designs adhere to local building codes and regulations
• Client & Consultant Engagement: Assist in clear and respectful communication with clients and external consultants, fostering a collaborative environment that values tradition and innovation equally.
• Site Participation: Participate in site visits to verify that the high standards of design are met in practice.

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD—this is essential.
• Basic knowledge of Revit is a plus.
• A keen eye for detail, a creative spirit, and a collaborative mindset that appreciates both the craftsmanship of the past and the innovations of the present.
