Studio Manager
Location: Shoreditch, London (1-2 days remote flexibility)
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: up to £45,000pa (Dependent on experience.)

As Studio Manager, you'll take charge of everything from facilities and tech management to resource planning, budgeting, and team support. You’ll play a key role in shaping the studios culture, driving sustainability initiatives, and making the studio an inspiring place to work.
 
 
What You’ll Do

• Keep the studio buzzing: manage budgets, suppliers, and day-to-day operations.
• Be the go-to person for tech and facilities, ensuring everything works smoothly.
• Support the team: onboard new starters, plan resources, and celebrate special moments.
• Lead on events, sustainability projects, and community initiatives.
• Champion health, safety, and business continuity practices.

• Experience in a similar operations role, ideally in a creative agency.
• Tech-savvy, super organized, and great at juggling priorities.
• A natural problem-solver with strong people skills.
