Are you an experienced and skilled Architectural Technologist (Interiors) with a passion for luxury commercial interiors? A fantastic London-based studio is looking for a heavyweight professional to join their dynamic and creative team.
 
About the Role
As a Heavyweight Interior Architect, you will play a key role in delivering high-end projects, ensuring every detail is meticulously planned and executed to perfection. You will be responsible for creating full construction-level detailed drawing packs, collaborating with the team, and delivering exceptional designs that meet and exceed client expectations.
 
Key Responsibilities

• Produce precise and comprehensive technical drawings using AutoCAD.
• Lead and deliver full detailed drawing packs to construction-level standards.
• Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure projects align with creative visions and client briefs.
• Ensure technical designs comply with regulations and industry standards.
• Manage and coordinate the technical aspects of luxury commercial interior projects.

Requirements
To be considered for this role, you must:

• Have proven experience working on luxury commercial interior projects.
• Be highly skilled in AutoCAD with a strong technical drawing portfolio.
• Demonstrate the ability to create detailed construction drawing packs independently.
• Be UK-based with full right to work in the UK.
• Thrive in a studio-based environment (no remote working).
