A highly respected retail-focused interior design studio is seeking an experienced Account Director to join their West London team.
 
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives on building and nurturing client relationships, driving growth, and managing complex design projects from concept to completion.
 
As the Account Director, you will be the key liaison between the clients and the studio, working closely with the Managing Director and Creative Director. Your role will include building on existing client relationships, identifying new opportunities for growth, and ensuring the seamless delivery of projects that meet and exceed client expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their objectives and challenges.
• Identify new business opportunities and contribute to the studio's growth strategy.
• Lead client meetings and presentations with confidence and professionalism.
• Collaborate with the creative and project management teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects.
• Manage account budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to junior members of the client services team.

Qualifications:

• Must be UK-based with full right to work in the UK.
• 6+ years of experience in the retail design industry, preferably with interior design or architecture studios.
• Proven ability to grow client accounts and develop long-lasting relationships.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to inspire confidence and trust.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
• A passion for design and an understanding of how it can drive business success.
