Salary: Up to £45,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

About the Studio:
We are recruiting for a Central London-based multidisciplinary design studio, specialising in consumer-focused, strategically driven, and experience-led design for brands and retailers. Our work spans physical, graphical, and digital mediums, delivering exceptional creative solutions that resonate with our clients' audiences.

As they continue to grow, they are seeking a talented and experienced Senior 3D Creative to join their dynamic team.
 
 
The Role
As a senior member of the creative team, you will play a pivotal role in driving a diverse range of projects. Working closely with the Creative Director and Design Directors, you’ll lead creative initiatives while mentoring and guiding junior designers.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Project Management: Overseeing the end-to-end delivery of creative projects, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
• Client Collaboration: Interpreting diverse client briefs and developing innovative design solutions.
• Creative Development: Producing high-quality concepts, rendered visuals, and final deliverables that align with the studio’s ethos.
• Presentation: Building compelling presentations to effectively communicate strategy, creative concepts, and execution to clients.
• Leadership: Presenting work to clients, incorporating feedback, and mentoring junior designers to foster their growth and skills.

 
What We’re Looking For
You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a creative studio environment, with a portfolio showcasing original, inspiring work in retail, brand experience, and campaign design.
• Retail Expertise: A strong understanding of retail design and consumer environments.
• Versatility: The ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team of designers, project managers, and directors.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in the following tools and techniques:
  • Cinema 4D
  • Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Hand sketching for idea generation and development
• Project Management: Exceptional time management skills and the ability to lead projects from concept to execution, maintaining a high standard at every stage.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and visual presentation skills, with the ability to articulate ideas and solutions clearly.
