Assist customers with products, providing guidance and knowledge.
Process orders, invoices, and payments using the POS system.
Monitor and manage inventory, update product labels and pricing, and coordinate deliveries.
Maintain showroom displays and organization.
Assist warehouse with order picking, loading customer purchases, receiving inventory, and other duties.
Requirements
Must pass an on-site, 15-minute reading comprehension test.
Minimum 2 years of relevant concrete industry experience.
Strong knowledge of concrete products and applications.
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software systems
Previous customer service or retail experience.
Occasional lifting of materials, up to 25 lbs, and standing for extended periods
