We are currently recruiting a Customer Service Representative (CSR) for a company in the transportation industry. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on logistics experience who enjoys problem-solving, working with customers, and being part of a fast-moving operations team.

• Start Date: Immediate
• Schedule: Full-time, day shift (7:30 AM start)
• Location: Bramalea Rd & Steeles Ave E.
• Compensation: $21–$26/hour, based on experience

Responsibilities:

• Serve as a primary contact for customers regarding shipment status and service inquiries
• Track, trace, and proactively follow up on LTL shipments
• Communicate with cross-dock, dispatch, and warehouse teams to resolve delivery issues
• Enter and update shipment details accurately in transportation management systems (TMS)
• Manage a high volume of calls and emails while maintaining professionalism
• Identify service gaps and escalate issues when required
• Support day-to-day operations to ensure on-time freight movement

Requirements:

• Previous experience in transportation, logistics, or freight (LTL experience required)
• Strong understanding of cross-dock or terminal operations
• Ability to multitask and reprioritize in a time-sensitive environment
• Fast and accurate data entry skills
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
• Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
• Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
