We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Dispatcher/Admin in Mississauga, ON

Start Date: Immediately 
Shift: 6:00pm Start
Location: Mississauga Rd & Meadowvale blvd
Rate: $22-$24/hr Depending on experience

Requirements:

• Effectively communicate load instructions and ensure they are carried out
• Coordinating and manifesting LTL and Full Load shipments
• Performing daily track and trace updates 
• Manage service concerns as required
• Assist with generating reports, billings, and other administrative tasks

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in transportation and dispatch
• Experience with Truckmate is considered an asset
• Good computer skills with accuracy in data entry and attention to detail
• Superior customer service and communication skills
• Dependable to work independently with little to no supervision
• Ability to multitask and effectively prioritized in a fast paced environment
• Clean criminal background required
