About the Role
We’re looking for a results driven Business Development Manager to lead client acquisition and fuel revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, builds lasting relationships, and enjoys solving workforce challenges for businesses of all sizes. You'll be focused on identifying new opportunities, developing custom staffing solutions, and growing our client base. 

Location: Mississauga, ON (On-site)
Salary: $50,000–$85,000 per year + commissions
Benefits: Health and Dental benefits package
Type: Full-time, Permanent
  
What You’ll Do

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities across key industries
• Build long-term client relationships and provide consultative support
• Work collaboratively with the recruitment team to generate leads
• Customize staffing solutions tailored to each client’s needs
• Develop and execute outreach strategies to generate leads
• Maintain pipeline activity and reporting using CRM tools

What You Bring

• 2+ years of proven success in B2B sales or client facing experience (staffing/logistics experience is a plus)
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, organized, and driven to exceed sales targets
• Familiarity with the GTA market and a valid driver’s license
