We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a Cross dock Counterbalance Forklift Operator in Mississauga, ON

Start Date: Immediately 
Shift: 2am Start
Location: Bramalea Rd. & Derry Rd.
Rate: $23 - $25/hour (depending on experience)

Responsibilities:

• Operate a forklift safely and efficiently in a cross-dock environment
• Load and unload trailers according to shipment priority and routing
• Properly stage, stack, and verify shipments
• Ensure accuracy and integrity of freight being moved
• Maintain a clean and organized dock area
• Work as part of a team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
• Effectively communicating with team to ensure transport operations continues smoothly

• 2 years experience with counterbalance forklift
• Experience working in a cross-dock environment loading LTL trailers
• Ability to lift up to 40lbs
• Dependable to work independently with no supervision
• "Can-Do" attitude with flexibility to assist wherever is needed 
• Clean criminal background required
