We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for a City P&D (LTL) AZ Driver in Ottawa, ON.
  
Start Date: Immediate 
Shift: Flexible start between 8am-10am
Location: Ottawa, ON
Rate: $28/hour 
  
Responsibilities:

• Safely operate an AZ truck for local pick up and deliveries (P&D) in the city.
• Handle LTL (Less Than Truckload) freight, ensuring timely and secure deliveries.  
• Use a tailgate as needed for loading/unloading freight.
• Maintain accurate records and follow company safety procedures.
• Observe and comply with the rules and regulations of the Ministry of Transportation and the Highway Traffic Act
• Provide excellent customer service at each stop.

• Valid AZ License with a clean abstract, CVOR and criminal record check.
• Minimum 2 years of AZ Driving experience
• Previous LTL P&D experience in a city setting preferred.
• Comfortable using a tailgate when required.
• Strong time management and communication skills
• Ability to lift/move freight when needed.
