We are hiring for a company in the transportation industry with an immediate opening for an Admin Clerk in Mississauga, ON

Start Date: Immediately
Shift: 4:00 pm - 12:30 am (Monday-Friday)
Location: Bramalea Rd. & Derry Rd.
Rate: $20/hr 

Job Responsibilities:

• Perform scanning, imaging, and sorting of paperwork and documents to ensure proper organization and storage.
• Assist with dock support and ensure accurate documentation of shipments.
• Identify and correct errors in documentation, invoices, or billing records while maintaining high accuracy.
• Identify freight bills and apply special delivery instructions as required.
• Provide customer service support by addressing inquiries and assisting with shipment-related documentation.
• Process incoming and outgoing paperwork in compliance with company procedures.
• Collaborate with team members to meet deadlines and operational goals.
• Other general admin tasks as assigned.

• Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills and a focus on accuracy.
• Must have previous experience in administrative, invoicing, or billing roles in the transportation or logistics industry.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
