Position Overview: We are currently seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business development efforts and delivering staffing solutions for a range of blue-collar roles, including General Labour, Forklift Operators, Commercial Drivers, Operations Support Staff, and Skill Trades.
Responsibilities:
Prospect and identify potential clients within the supply chain industry who have staffing needs for blue-collar roles, including General Labour, Forklift Operators, Commercial Drivers, Operations Support Staff, and Skill Trades.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through regular communication and exceptional service delivery.
Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their specific staffing requirements and challenges.
Collaborate with internal teams, including recruiters and account managers, to develop tailored staffing solutions that meet client needs.
Negotiate contract terms and agreements with clients.
Stay informed about industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for business growth.
Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, manage client interactions, and generate reports for management review.
Qualifications:
Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably within the staffing or recruitment industry.
Strong understanding of blue-collar roles and the specific skills and qualifications required for each position.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Willingness to travel as needed.
